By accessing and using Little Hero Book ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Little Hero Book is an online platform that allows users to create personalized children's books by uploading photos and selecting story options. We use AI technology to generate illustrated storybooks based on your inputs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to place an order.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your book.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.
  • Once payment is confirmed, you can customize and finalize your book before it is sent to print.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Active orders will not be affected.

5. Book Creation & Content

  • You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
  • By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your personalized book.
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload any photos submitted and that they do not infringe on anyone's rights.
  • AI-generated illustrations are created uniquely for your book. The final book content is for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once you confirm your order, books are typically produced and shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

7. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your book:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
  • We will offer a reprint or a full refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Upload photos of individuals without their consent (or parental consent for minors).
  • Use the Service for any commercial or resale purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Little Hero Book and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Hero Book shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
